Program Banner Summer Reading Program Information

Summer Reading Programs for all ages begin on June 1, 2017.

Pre-registration begins May 20, 2017

This Summer Reading Program is for everyone:  babies, toddlers, preschoolers, children, teens, adults.  Children too young to read by themselves are welcome to participate by having a parent or caretaker sign them up and read to them.

Signing up is free and easy, click “register"  to get started.

Parents: Create a Family Account by registering yourself first and then register your children under your account.  This will make it simpler to log in minutes for each child or to monitor their activity.

How it Works?

  1. Register for a ReadSquared account. if you are a parent it is easier to set up an account for yourself and then set up an account for each child.

  2. Track your reading to earn points, unlock games, win prizes, and earn points to enter in grand prize drawings. Please count only minutes or books read on and after June 1.

  3. See tab for each program for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions.

I already created my account. How do I add family members?

From your homepage, select “Account” in the menu bar.

Then select "Add Child Account" from the drop-down menu.

Where are my kids' accounts?

When you signed up for the program, you probably signed your children up at the same time. To find your kids’ accounts, select the “Account” tab on your homepage. Then select "Family Accounts" from the drop-down menu. This will give you a list of family members. From here you can edit your family's account information, add a child account, log activity or switch to your child's account. If you don’t have a “Family Members” tab or your child isn’t listed there, you’ll want to select "Add Child Account."
